GENERAL INFORMATION

We kindly suggest familiarizing yourself with the information provided below before making your booking:

• Tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day, free for children up to 14 years old (to be paid locally).
• Private Parking: A large outdoor car park ner the hotel is available exclusively for our guests with a supplement of €20.00 per day. The car park has an electronic access card, and the entrance is under 24/7 video surveillance.
• Check-in/Check-out: Rooms for check-in are available from 2:00 pm, check-out - until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Earlier check-in is possible upon availability.
• A rich buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am in the main restaurant with a veranda on the lake side. The tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Children and extra beds: Baby cots for children aged 0 to 2 years are provided free of charge. Triple occupancy with a sofa bed is only available in Junior suites for an additional charge of €70 per night, including breakfast. Children up to 7 years old can sleep in their parents' bed for an additional charge of €25 per person, including breakfast.
• We are pet-friendly! We rely on pet owners' responsibility and kindly request that pets be kept on a leash and away from areas dedicated to the restaurant, bar, and swimming pool. There is a supplement of €35.00 per day for extra room cleaning.
