The cuisine of the main restaurant – located in a spacious lakeside veranda, perfect to enjoy the spectacle of the sunset on Garda at its best – is a combination of Italian and international tradition for our half board guests (but a full board option is also available). The offer depends on the daily menu – with a wide selection of first and second courses – but the key-feature is the delicious buffet, for you to add to your dinner rich salads, fresh seasonal vegetables, cheese from the best Italian tradition and a wide variety of desserts, prepared every day by the Grand Hotel pastry chef – from custards to cakes, from spoon-desserts to “portion sized” options. The direction of the Grand Hotel – also in this case attentive to the new needs and trends of contemporary nutrition – will devote particular care (with customised culinary solutions) to the needs of our guests with food intolerances – celiac disease especially, but not only – or of those who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet. Dinner is served from 7 to 9.30pm, in a context at the same time friendly and classy (‘smart casual’ dress code and mandatory long trousers for men).
